Christmas Card Scheme
Just a reminder that we will have notice boards at both churches for you to pin your Christmas card to the congregation, and a plate to receive your donation in lieu of the cost of cards and stamps you would have bought to give to church members. We are supporting Christian Aid.

Saturday 1st December 10am - 12noon Coffee Morning at 37 Henley Avenue for The Children’s Society. Tickets 50p - but you can get in without one just pay at the door. All are welcome to this please come to support this worthy cause. Box holders are invited to bring their boxes for emptying.
December 2nd at 4.00 p.m. A Special Christingle Service. Shining light into darkness. A service for children and parents. Collection for Children's Society
December 6th at 4.00 p.m. Overthorpe Church School Christmas Fair.
December 8th at 10.00 a.m. Children's Activity Morning for over 5s
December 8th at 7.30 p.m. Brass for Christmas – our Christmas Concert with Hepworth Band and Clifton Handbell Ringers ( see concerts section for more details).
December 9th at 6.00 p.m. Churches Together Advent Service at Ravensthorpe Parish Church.
December 12th at 7.30pm Mothers’ Union Advent Service
December 17th at 10.00 a.m. Church School Christingle Services in Church
December 18th at 11.00 a.m. Buggy Praise Christmas Picnic in Church
December 19th at 6.00 p.m. Community Carol Singing around the tree at Overthorpe School and Children's Centre - all welcome to sing with the children. Mulled wine and mince pies too!
December 23rd at 6.00 p.m. Benefice Service of Nine Lessons and Carols at Thornhill Parish Church

Christmas Eve at 6.00 p.m. Christmas Eve Family service. A fun service for children and families
