 Major restoration works will mean that the Savile Chapel will be closed to visitors until February 2012 Please ring before making a long journey.

We are situated on the B6617 in Thornhill - the Dewsbury to Horbury Junction  Road opposite the Thornhill Rectory Park.

From Wakefield turn right at Horbury Bridge ( by Great Outdoors Camping Outlet) on to the B 6617 signposted Thornhill. The church is on the left just past the entrance to the park which is on your right.

Concert vistors may park by turning  very sharp right just after the church and down the drive to the Old People's Home- Please park prettily and make sure access is maintained at all times.  There is on street parking in the area too. There is a small car park 250 yards from the church on the Left Hand side of the road going towards Miidlestown or at the brow of the hill coming towards Dewsbury in the park.
