New priest in charge

Announcement of Appointment

 

The Revd Susan Clark, at present Vicar of the United Benefice of St John the Evangelist, Birkby and Christ Church, Woodhouse is now to be Priest-in-Charge of the United Benefice of St Michael and All Angels, Thornhill and Ss Mary and Michael, Whitley Lower.

Sue will be licensed at 7.30pm on 29th September at Thornhill, the Bishop of Pontefract officiating.

 

- the change in name is because there are pastoral reorganisation proposals in the pipeline in the Dewsbury Deanery.  The Living as such has been suspended- but that did not in reality affect our recruitment process.Click here to read the Benefice profile.
